Now I'm both Diabetic and over 65 (isn't everyone?) I'm told it's wise to have the 'flu jab; I've also had the pneumonia jab which, after it, I was told you have only once in a lifetime. Strange.

Funny thing is I'm slightly overweight and the last time I went to the Doctor's for a check up, he did my blood pressure. He then went to a cupboard, got another monitor out, tried it, then said, I don't get it, your overweight but your blood pressure is incredibly low. I can't remember what it is but it wasn't right for my age or my weight.
