TOPIC: St Paul's peace activists

St Paul's peace activists 12 Years, 6 Months ago
I'm sure their intentions are good but I tend to remember the high profile activist of my youth - he became Nu Labour's Peter Hain who turned orange.

Related to that, here is a statement from the Dean of St Paul's Cathedral issued today.

According to the protesters, the Cathedral has not told them what the health and safety problems are, and there is no reason why the cathedral cannot open as per normal.

The protesters are not picketing St Paul's, simply seeking an alternative high-profile location after they were banned from the privately-owned square in front of the Stock Exchange.

It just reminds me of Peter Cook's routine about'Sir' getting 'jolly batey' with him and chasing him around the room.
