It was fun during the Diana days..madness..I was part of it..it was genuinely absolutely exciting as no-one had ever been that famous. But when she ended up with Dodi (whose flat in Park Lane I lived in for 3 months) I thought she had become unhinged and something had to give. (The Sun offered me a small fortune for 'Life With Dodi" but it was such a scary time after they died)

See the other thread on Privacy... however, I have to agree (as Veritas says) with some of his opinions - I do think (due to the media) the entire Milly/hacking incident has been wildly and universally misinterpreted. And that's what provoked this Inquiry. For all the wrong reasons. Amazing. The proof of the power of the media has provoked its own downfall.

The Milly Dowler bullshit is the media falling on it's own pork sword. They make these matters "sacrosanct" and then breach their own silly pious code because they know it's bullshit - they did it to themselves.
