he is very typical of many tabloid journos.

So many get infected with that sort of thinking ..it's understandable on one level..like an exciting big game hunt. I really understand him when he talks about car chases and such.

I've seen the paparazzi in similar mood..ever-excited. I was being given a life with one about ten years ago in Sydney when he spotted Tom Cruise who was living there and began a chase. After about 5 minutes Tom just stopped, got out of his car and walked bag and asked 'us' to leave him alone. It's a request you can't turn down.

Murdoch has totally corrupted the tabloids and political life everywhere he's gone. He can charm the birds out of the trees (or bankers out of their cash) but he's vindictive and amoral. He thinks nothing of destroying those who get in his way.

and you end up with a lot of Paul McMullans ( I was corruptible as well )
