Dear Pumpkinhead - Please, what is WAM? Is it in any way related to marmalade?

Best wishes,

Courgette and cumin soup, now that sounds yummy.

In fact I just googled and found a recipe (on a website called courgetterecipes.co.uk )

I shall be making it this week!

It sounds nice, except carrots don't go with gammon, the flavours clash.

Tend to agree with you Robbie; plus, though I adore carrots, I don't like them roasted (boiled briefly with butter I reckon).

WAM used to be called jam but the new European austerity measures have demanded that all sweet sticky foods relabeled .. for PC reasons.
