...and JK has now finally got me interested in the Levesen Inquiry via the excellent Levesen website. Good grief! I'm hooked!

One of the reasons I was glad to leave the corporate world was to work from home and watching Leveson has certainly helped while away the day whilst the computer is churning out more data or video for customers....

(Plus wearing your Pyjamas all day is another delight for the self employed!)

odd that there has been no report in the media.

I expect they don;t know what to think

I'm not trying to tie the 2 together but I reckon GG should be a prime witness at Leveson. He has been the subject of an unholy media witch hunt that has involved an extraordinary invasion into his privacy.

One glaring example is the Daily Mirror's claim that GG has been banned from TV and radio.

this is an extraordinary statement.

if true-it reeks of an unlawful conspiracy.
If not-it is a demonstration of tabloid's ability to print outright lies unchecked.

And it's nothing to do with GG..we should all worry that these privately owned, fro profit corporations have such unchecked power.

Imagine an electricity products or car manufacturing being allowed to make such untrue statements.

twitter really is ghastly...it allows so many people to rabbit on hourly about nonsense and some show extraordinary ignorance (as they have about JK)

I have a good friend who is a local TV host so naturally I have to follow their 'twits'..I read everything..'going to supermarket'..'taking kids to school'...mind numbing stuff.

Even JK's friend Fry has been reduced to twittering nonsense.

But i do like this..one company taking advantage of twitter 'trends'..

I think you'll find it was Fry who was twittering long before anyone else.

Indeed, Stephen and I have many arguments about Twitter - he loves it, I loathe it.

I've watched your appearance www.levesoninquiry.org.uk - Wednesday afternoon around 40 minutes in - and think your evidence will be very valuable indeed. More than that, I felt Leveson thought the same, from his body language. And I felt that he, as an experienced Court Of Appeal Judge, thought you were the victim of a gross miscarriage of justice. Something in my water tells me this will be the year you will be exonerated.

just read the transcript ...it's interesting to note the Justice mentioned he was interested in the relationship between police and the media.

As I've said before- police media units could give show biz publicists a run for their money.

Excellent, let's hope you're back as a witness. I'm reluctant to expect this to reach a joyous conclusion but there's definitely a feeling of the 'genie's out of the bottle'

What made me laugh just very slightly...and no offence JK...was when JK sat down and there was that rather uncomfortable few seconds of silence with JK beaming at Leveson and 'admiring his eyebrows'.

I find the eerie quiet of any courtroom most unnerving. But I think JK in that few short moments spoke eloquently, commandingly, and would do very well indeed as a core participant.

Totally agree with you there FC but on a more serious level JK, were those track suit pants you had on? Dear me!

My own theory there is that tracksuit bottoms can't fall down...thus JK avoiding the worst possible scenario.

My tracksuit bottoms have been much criticised, as opposed to my actual bottom - much praised.

Oh and by the way, FC, I've had several comments saying the best part was my very unexpected silence before I was asked a question. You could have heard a pin drop.

I quite like comments saying I was best when not speaking. Perhaps a lesson I should learn?
