On both sides you have rapacious US corporations vying for power ..we are in the middle and liable to lose because neither will self-regualte and the media has shown how useless they are at that.

I'm involved in one such case that will be a beauty..unless they cave in early..but Google are being enjoined in all cases ..they try to avoid responsibility by claiming not to publish.

You would be surprised at how many people think that laws - such as libel - dont apply to the net and people can write whatever they wish !
