but today I saw some documents..

2 youngish Britsh men holidaying in Oz for Summer. They go to a pub and met a young woman 23ish..and one accompanies her to a nearby park.

Oral sex takes place and at the end she panics and flees leaving her handbag behind. He takes the bag to the local police early the next morning.

Five days later 6 police arrive at his hotel snd arrest him. She alleges rape.

He spends ten days in jail waiting for his friend to arrange bail £50K. Another £50K must be sent ..just the start..a deposit..for lawyers fees, accomodation and so on. No legal aid..he's a tourist. A year to trial ??..he'll be bankrupt. Alone.

As John Pilger said in a recent article..Blair introduced 3000 new offences into law..more than the entire previous century...and there are 70 new sexual offences.

In France they only have 7.

again I cannot describe too much,,,but as far as I know an 'agreement' was made as to what happens at the 'conclusion' of the act (withdrawul ?) but not abided by...in throes of extasy ?

it sounds like the Julian Assange case is simialr.

my point is..in counties now with Puritan backgrounds..US,UK ,Aust,NZ ( and all activiley trying to infleunce the Thirld World,,Christian Missionaries on steroids),sex is deemed the worst of the worsi and an incident...that in itselh may be put down to an unejoyable experience is now used to batter and destroy another person.

In this case..the complainint is also English..does compo loom large in the near future?
