Really looking forward to tonight's finale and thanks DJones for yet again tipping us off about a masterly Scandinavian TV success.

After Part Nine (one to go) - this really is, like The Killing, marvellous TV; deeply touching, intelligent, great entertainment... telling us about politics, the media, society, government.

Why can't we make TV as good as this?

Series ends (in tears) - completely terrific - it looked at human relationships and politics and media (just not crime - they left that for The Killing).

There were at least 6 - that's SIX - award winning performances by actors. Wow!

I remember a great 60s B&W series on UK television starring Patrick Wymark - all about politics and power. Can't recollect the title but it was excellent too.

Google is my fweng - The Power Game.

And poor Kasper (or should I say Kenneth), brought up some horrific memories from his childhood...

BTW I have a theory about who the 'very suitable' new secretary to the Birgitte Nyborg will be. She has blonde hair and conducts interviews like Paxman?
