So females from 11 to 50 are walking around in see-through leggings with their g-strings showing (because it's 'comfortable', of course), and if you're a man and stare at one too long you could find yourself on the sex offenders register.

Don't you just love being a man living in a patriarchal society?

Can't see it going to this extreme as you could put down as 'Free Speech' women call me darling all the time even strangers. Our PM's are scared to refuse anything from EU courts what they going to do if we don't ? Nothing they might expel us from the EU but I think that be a good thing no more immigrants.

For as long as I can remember polite society has frowned upon men leering at women in the street. This is as it should be. Leering at 50 year old women is impolite. Whistling at them is even more impolite. In fact doing anything at them is impolite. Leering at 11 year old girls is even more impolite and suggests sexual interests which can most charitably be termed "inappropriate". Any age between is deserving of a similar politeness and respect. It's not OK to wolf whistle at anyone. If you wish to gain their acquaintance there are more civilised ways of going about it. Unless, of course, they are in the lower age bracket you highlight, In which case leering and/or wolf whistling has always been likely to gain you a punch in the face from someone.

And why single out women harrassing men, making it National Women's Day. It works both ways. For every man that's harrassed/stalked a woman, there's a woman who's done the same to men. Oh i agree about stalking and harrassment being made illegal though. That's wrong. Just don't like to see them saying it's all done by men. Although i would have thought it was already illegal. Perhaps you're projecting your own psychology onto others here 'Locked Out' - I was making the point that females from 11 - 50 are going out clearly with the intention of getting male eyes turned on them.

Are young boys going to be criminals for leering at their peers who dress semi-naked?

And I'm not of the fascist mentality that 'impoliteness' should be criminalised.

My mates and me always wolf whistle at the older women sometimes they like it sometimes they don't but there are some hot old women out there, maybe it's just us cougar hunting.

could be a problem in Sydney...so many men wearing this type of apparel.
