Very disappointed by Jay QC's polite questions - hardly touched the area of why Surrey Police - run very "hands on" by O'Connor - totally failed to get anywhere near Milly Dowler's killer. Indeed, Sir Denis got promoted and has been further promoted ever since. Seems to be Teflon coated.
