Don't eat red meat! 12 Years, 1 Month ago

Too much causes cancers and heart problems.
Funnily enough - whilst I adore bacon and sausages - I generally eat chicken (I now look a bit like old poultry), avocados (one a day virtually every day), tomato juice (every day)...
Full English breakfast once a week.
I'm big on potatoes - like fruit juice and sparkling water.
But these days at 67 my biggest intake every day is...

I gave up listening to the 'scares' years ago. I Eat what and when I like mostly. I eat lots of red meat and have estimated I will probably die within the next three years.
