You can't beat it ...

Roast Beef with cauliflower cheese & roasted potatoes.
followed by
Apple and blackberry crumble with custard.

That was my school lunch for budget day.

I recall Stephen Fry once talking about a race involving "custard" and digestive biscuits. The last one to cover the digestive in "custard" had to eat it. Now you don't get that in a Comprehensive!

oh yes you do..not a common digestive though..a water biscuit.
