These idle people (why would anyone let themselves get like that if they were NOT bone idle?) can do what they like as far as I'm concerned and shovel as many burgers down their faces as they like, BUT we will have to pay for the consequences !!!!
The cost to the NHS of treating these utterly selfish people will be enormous.
I agree with you ITK they never seem to blame themselves always finding excuses, the NHS needs to stop cosmetic surgery and sex changes let them pay for it out of their own money if they not happy with themselves.
Unemployed, disabled, British and Jews can use happily use the NHS without straining resources. Trans, immigrants and obese people are wasting time and public money no immigrants have never paid their duty, fat people got themselves in that state and transsexuals should pay for their own satisfaction.

I certainly don't dispise anyone ... and am a big believer in individual freedom.
BUT that is not shared by others is it? They want their cake .... AND want someone else to pay for it !
As I said earlier, the fatties can shovel as much shit down their faces as they desire, but I (and I suspect most others) are NOT going to pay for the "operations" later (so they can do it all again.
With freedom, comes responsibility. WHEN will these people take some responsibility for their own lives instead of being constant leeches on everyone else?
Most people when looking at me say I do not look overweight in the slightest as I have a good build and have quite a physically demanding job which keeps me fairly toned.
However when I get onto the scales in places like Boots which tell you your BMI and tell you what your ideal weight should be I am about four stone above my 'ideal' weight and classed as obese.
In reality this is bollocks as if someone of my build was 12st 2lbs I would look extremely ill and look as though I had just escaped from Belsen.
Lots of people I know are slim and probably at their ideal weight, however this does not make them fitter than what I am as I have a far more active lifestyle than what they have, it's just that I have a better appetite and love my food.
My point is, just because you are what the 'experts' class as being overweight does not mean you are any more a health risk than someone who is their ideal weight, the slim person could be a heavy smoker and/or a heavy drinker and hardly ever exercise at all. The fat bloke could be teetotal and/or be a none smoker and be fit as a fiddle.

Just as we will ALL have to pay for the fatties' operations (or other lack of movement) at some time in the future, why should we allow truancy to exist ?
We allow people to waste the education that WE PAY FOR, and then we will have to support these leeches (on benefits) for the rest of their (hopefully short) lives - just because they are too idle or too thick to get a job ????

At my last workplace (Capital One) I had a female colleague who, following an operation, ballooned in size and really struggled to control her weight to such an extent that adjustments had to be made so she could actually sit on a chair.
What would you think if you saw her her trying to walk down the street? I know... 'fat woman who eats too much'. Wrong.

Last week - to our shame - it was announced that over 10,000 children had been taken into care last year - the highest figure ever. (I personally think that if 10,000 have been taken into care then the real figure for abuse is probably nearer 100,000).
Now, david, nether you nor I know who these people are (what demographic) ... but, humour me, while we speculate !!!!
Do you think they are the children of the aristocracy? I doubt it myself - anyone who will spend £30,000 a year sending their children to Eton is unlikely to abuse them !!!!!
What about professional people ? Doctors, lawyers etc? Again I feel its rather doubtful.

David, I'm referring to lazy, ignorant, selfish, careless individuals NOT those who are suffering an illness.
Look at them 'Big Macs' Maccy D do not create tubbies people choose that lifestyle and food. I occasionally have xl kebab, half pounder cheeseburger and large chips but i can burn it off easily it's easy to do, and people are just lazy.
