I, of course, am rooting for Portugal but it's not really a team; it's one player (best in contest so far) and the one who could beat Germany in my humble opinion.

Several years ago there were three young inspirational footballers - Rooney, Torres and Ronaldo.

Only Ronaldo has got better and better.

Second half; not so good; Portugal (including Cristiano) seemed to think the Spanish goal was slightly higher than it was.

Extra time. Yawn. Hope it goes to penalties.
