Some time ago, while reading round a case that snowballed more recently, I wondered if there was a connection between the original case and a burglary. It's the sort of thing you'd think journalists could look into, but perhaps their hands are tied legally.
It was in connection with this, the question being who obtained and/or distributed the photographs:
"In February this year Coun Hills reported a burglary at his home, then obtained an injunction preventing photographs of himself being distributed in his Clifton ward with defamatory allegations."
