YouTube exists on the creative skills of punters and the dangers of both it and MySpace are not tired old promo videos (remember when they were made to expose music?) and loss of rightful royalties but a whole new model taking over from "the business" where people can make, expose, promote and sell smashes without going anywhere near the majors.
Anyway, here's his speech...
My partner was in a shop yesterday when a mobile phone went off, and the ring tone was a ten second clip from one of our Myspace sites, of which somebody forgot to unclick the download button. On questioning the young person where they had got it, the answer was " it was bluetoothed to me by a friend."
Well it`s out there now innit?

Shareware and freeware programmes were out there when the internet first took over the planet, and the creators and owners were pleased that their wares were being used, this of course led to altering of products and various tweekings.
Very simple sentences and similies apply here. My horse has not won a race, I will give it to you. The offspring of the horse wins every race known to man, so can I have some money now please?
Only in big business can this rule of recouping apply, most of us just have to accept that we were catalysts.
