The new Jools Holland and friends album is out -its becoming a modern Christmas tradition. This year he has ventured into the world of country music, choosing some genuine classics but his really inspired selection has been to ask his pal Vic Reeves to make the TV commercial and it is brilliantly funny. Absolutely brilliant, and an apparent one camera shoot. I often worry (not) about A+R jobs falling into the ditch, I think the camera crews have to worry about their jobs now as well. Haha, very good. I do like Mr Reeves for he makes me chuckle so. I saw a clip of him trying his humour on Ramsey once, asking for a fried egg on a china plate or something like that in his restaurant.
