An example of why some artists remain undiscovered. 2 Weeks, 1 Day ago
An artist added me on twitter. He has posted that his new song is available on iTunes, but he does not say what the song is called. I've looked for him in the usual places .. facebook, etc, but he gives no links.

A while ago I came across an interesting original track on Youtube, by some guy who, on the blurb, says he hopes people will buy his new song.
I suggested that he would have more chance of being discovered if he gave his name (not just his channel name) and if he gave the title of the track and posted a link to where fans could buy it. He wrote back to say he just hadn't though of that.

It was obvious advice, I thought, but I see so many wannabees making the same mistakes.

The music scene is tough enough to break into when people do make the right effort.
The road to success requires at least a little bit of effort.
