Grammys - controversy 1 Year, 2 Months ago

I always used to feel, when I was in the music industry, that when Awards shows heavily featured women, it was indicative that the true mass appeal talent pool was shrinking that year. Positive discrimination can take over when genuine populism fades. Despite some of the greatest past performers being female (Aretha, Gladys, Dusty) most mass appeal stuff tends to be made by males. Taylor, Billy and the rest will not be getting heard or played in a decade whilst Beatles, Stones, Elvis, Bruce and others will go on across the globe.
