heard they just done some new demos with emi and lost their management? anyone know whats going on?

AIR TRAFFIC are playing The Garage on FRIDAY night and if you have not seen this band you are missing out.

Go to their MY SPACE site and read the reviews from their show in Bournemouth on Saturday night.

Easily the hottest band in the UK at present - an album would top the chart in my view within a few weeks and stay there.

No idea about the behind the scenes things you are talking about but I am sure that Air Traffic will soon be on the whole countries radar.

Get to The Garage early on Friday because I have it on good information that it will sell out. Air Traffic sold out Upstairs on their last visit in January.

If there is ONE BAND you see this year make it AIR TRAFFIC - they are that good and if you think I am making it up visit their MY SPACE and see what Saturday night's audience thought of the band.

Not-bad at all but it feels like I heard all before.

From what I heard at the gig the band are as good as signed ( to a major imprint ) and well deserved.

Remember they were posted about by myself on here first last year and I do think although they are not maybe the most original band they have the attributes to be a a top selling band.

Great attitude, great songwriting which if you listen to their latest track Shooting Star on My Space is immense. They can go from a whisper to a roar and back again without it feeling contrived and they have immense melodies in their songs.

Just glad that The Tipsheet and RotD were here to flag them up to everyone. The only people moaning about them now are those who missed out on signing them and if they read this board more often they could have signed them last year LOL
