So the question is what is to be done about it, if anything can be, and to give us back mass appeal music and genres of all types that appeal widely like in previous decades. Would you agree with me that the Official UK Singles Chart is in no way a mainstream music chart anymore and nothing more than a niche backwater for mainly certain music bought by certain types of people overwhelmingly.
