After lurking and observing, this is the one industry board where I would ever venture to get opinions on a new band. I'll leave the hype out - anyone interested will find enough of it on the band's website.

I couldn't get the sounds to play on myspace so I tried the main site and the music link takes you back to myspace(!). Anyway, 2nd time around it worked. Very well produced, slick sounding songs.

"Getting Over Me" probably the most commerical song with a catchy chorus.

"Sweeter Than You" changed in a way I wasn't expecting, but it didn't really grab me.

"Just Another Night", the vocalist sounds great on this, an unusual song and with a good hook.

Thanks everyone for the kind feedback - I really do appreciate it. The band is trying to walk on the cutting edge, but some basics need to be dealt with such as having the music on their site, not just myspace.

I'm hoping to advance the band to the next level, but I'm also trying to protect the band and act as a buffer so that they can create their music with minimal outside interference. I realise most record companies don't like to hear those words, but on the other hand I know for a fact that if you build a big enough story, the labels will come...
