So how legal are these things? I mean, most of them you just click to say you agree. What kind of proof is there that you actually clicked it? That the box was there to click on in the first place? The confirmation e-mail does not allways come, from many internet sites. I worry that we can get stuff out there,(on downloads) and the money is going somewhere, but not in our pockets. Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

This End Users Licenses Agreements (EULA) that companies use to protect ... 19 Years ago
their software, downloads, and DRM-infested Un-CDs are legally binding - at least for the customers. But there are lots of DRM-infested Un-CDs that install spy ware and other stuff even if the user has clicked on the no and aborted the installation.
