attending a major label A&R meet one executive mentioned another board and the MD said "No, the board everyone is checking these days again is the Tipsheet" to which 3 A&R types agreed loudly. And have you noticed how much asking for talent is going on? Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

whilst I believe it's true the sad fact is... the majors and the old philosophy are so close to death that they are worse than irrelevant, they suffocate and destroy talent.
It's the new generation of music thinkers we want on here please.
And we want them to contribute instead of merely observing.
