I can answer that one myself... 17 Years, 8 Months ago  
The PR department work to a date provided by the webhosters for launching, and they don`t deliver on that date, and we the PR, are left with the egg on face.

Makes the site take-off immediately its launched and get advertisers on board right from the start.
