Mike McCartney's "groping" trial collapses ! 18 Years, 2 Months ago
The Judge (at Chester Crown Court) says the case should never have been brought.

When celebrities are involved, police like high profile prosecutions and so do the media... 18 Years, 2 Months ago
No surprise that JUSTICE often goes out of the window.
Thank God SOMETIMES common sense prevails.
The only negative thing to come out of this for Mike is the appalling colour of his hair!
Other than that, he went through hell to strike yet another nail in the coffin of FALSE ALLEGATIONS (so easy to make; so hard to disprove).

Although this will have been an appalling time for Mike, he's not had that much publivity - so maybe (says he hopefully) the press are getting a little tired of it?

I know that the public certainly are.

Possibly likely, who can say?
I hate pseudonyms, and cannot spelt it half the time!

Quite a serious point made by the prosecution and the media coverage... 18 Years, 2 Months ago
From the fact that many of the tabloids didn't cover the case that prominently... are we seeing them follow the public into the realisation that Britain's laws and police conduct need changing?
Are we seeing the dawning of truth about the FALSE ALLEGATIONS industry?
Sadly, if he HAD been wrongly convicted, they would have ripped him to shreds.
A long way to go yet.
