India and sexual allegations 5 Years ago  
Would appear a man can be jailed for pretending marriage to a woman,to get sex...does sound a likely source for vendetta and false allegations.

I suppose if you dont have all the facts you cant give "informed consent"?

Like the case of the woman who regularly went to her internet chap's house blindfold, and was surprised when he turned out to be a woman.
