He shouldn't of been jailed but should of been given a suspended sentence or community service.
I do love Paul Thorpe's take on Peter Lynch also, that what he did was silly.
The judge needs looking into, something is not right with him. How can a young lad be jailed for unfolding the national flag? Also I want to know if there were plants in the crowds to get them heated and worked up.
I have never seen police arrest people for swearing in public despite hearing it and witnessing it.
TalkTV can be very good and it's better than GB News.
I'm disappointed Starmer hasn't commented on this man's suicide yet. He should. It deeply troubles me how a man like this has ended up and people of all political colours should feel concern.

Starmer does not care,he said people will be punished. All these court trails after the protests were done in kangaroo courts. The judge needs his computer and ISP data looked into if he was soft a nonce but tough an a man who cared about his future for his grandchildren.
You need to see James O'Keefe - Line In The Sand or find a torrent of it.
The media are trying to distract us about some gangster being shot but burying news about Peter Lynch. The Mockingbird elite never miss a trick. I do love how the media can't call Mayhar Tousi out because he is British Asian, he is not a gammon in other words.
Many of those caught up in the rioting, were not the brightest in the Standard box of Fireworks. Jail was never the answer. Education and knowledge of how to differentiate between genuine fake news and the facts. Like the Tory councillor's wife who called for hotels with immigrants inside to be set alight prior to any suspect in the Southport murders having been officially identified. What worries me more was the level of sheer hatred that manifested itself. Fuelled by Right wing ne'er dowells. MI5? Nope. But it's relatively easy to fuel the faux anger of the not very smart. Point a finger in the wrong direction and they will follow the scent of any old fart on a breeze.
I agree with you a great deal Downing Street Cat, people were angry about the murders of little girls at a Swiftie party when they were intel on the guy. Starmer laid down flowers for a photo opportunity.
I still think M15 were behind a great deal of it, nothing will change my mind about that.

Not so sure GM. But there is a difference between anger and the demented hatred we all witnessed that week. Similar scenes did not occur when a young black boy was murdered by a white guy with a sword in April. In fact most people will have forgotten all about it.

Of course he hasn't mentioned this man. He never will. A first time offender, never been in bother with the law before who didn't even commit the act of "rioting" like many papers report. He simply mouthed off a bit in the police's faces while holding a placard with some strong views on it.
Meanwhile Starmer had time to say something for a bit part member of a now defunct boyband from a reality show who may have been off his head on substances and flew off a balcony, (very sad as that was by the way) and plenty in his party have enough to say in sympathy for a low life gun toting and woman beating London thug who was dealt with by an armed officer, and actually in that case I'm sure the Government are furious at that jury for the not guilty verdict.
Am I alone in wondering why none of these long jail sentences are being appealed immediately? Why are non violent, no previous record, people being sent down as first time offenders for such minor offences? I'm sure Starmer has been interfering in the justice system based on his previous DPP job. It's too coincidental.
The police did runner, in the North when there was a riot broke out, when social services wanted to put children in to care.
The police went full force when people were protesting and rioting. Rioting is not protesting, Peter Lynch called them 'Scum' are the police that thin-skinned? He also held a sign that exposed the globalists and the establishment, which is all public domain information.
His children and grandchildren have lost a grandfather and a Dad. One less birthday, Christmas card and one more empty seat at the dinner table.
His placard had lots of gobbledigook on it. Deep State for example---that one that Liz Truss failed to explain but she insisted it existed. I still haven't yet come across a satisfactory definition of what the Deep State is. If a former PM couldn.t readily explain it in detail, I very much doubt Peter Lynch could. It disturbs me that Lynch was sent to prison following the Southport murders for believing Unicorns were the problem.

You can do your own rabbit holes on that Cat, I do believe in it deeply and have done for many, many years.
There many publications and out of prints books I have read over the decades. Operation Mockingbird is what got me in to in the mid 1980s.

Fair enough GM. I will disappear down a rabbit hole. So long as you visit me in prison when Mulder and Scully do.
I did my time in the very early 1990s. If you want me to visit you, I will bring you ciggies and a cat bowl. You will undoubtedly get privileges if you identify as a cat in prison. Or identify yourself as Catherine and get a woke lawyer. Can't beat them, join them!
People need to convert to Islam or Judaism in prison for better food and guards will leave you alone to some extent. Also, it's safer in numbers.

Guaranteed there agent provocateurs either police of M15 who join protest groups
Hedda/GM can I ask why M15 would want to stir civil unrest? I may be hopelessly innocent but I just can't see what the motive would be?
The 'civil unrest' was a bunch of right wing internet experts wrongly identifying the Southport attacker as an immigrant. That is because they believe everything that they see on the web. Apart from the facts. These are the same people who would attack a paediatrician as the word begins with paed...would attack an Oriental looking man on Oxford Street because they were told Chinese people were spreading Covid...No Deep State--just a lot of very stupid people empowered by the internet.
