I was shopping in Whiteleys and was stopped driving out of the car park by this man who revealed he was MICK, the original bass player in The Bumblies, with whom I made my first music back in the very early 60's as a sweet, naive, handsome young teenager!

I was joking about the handsome part (for our many humourless tabloid writer visitors).

We had a long catchup; hearing all the news from the various other band members.
