Six guests, Lamb and Shallot Tuscan style Pasta. I have used sausage fat to fry the ingredients instead of olive oil, in a waste not want not style.
Why put oil/fat in to a dish when you already have some after brekkie?
Observer food mag, Heston`s article is brilliant today, but I would be very surprised if he actually get his snails for his porridge recipe in Bray!
