This is just a publicity stunt or a playing-the-victim-card fraud. There's not a chance of a successful prosecution, as the police and CPS have already determined. The woman has also said on record that there is a political purpose to doing a private prosecution: that's abuse of process. I predict a prompt takeover and shutdown by the CPS.

And yes, JK I believe you're correct about the CCTV. The footage won't look good if she later finds herself investigated by the police for fraud or perverting the course of justice.
