Incredible story and would explain why he knew nothing about the terrorist story.

His colleagues have covered up for too long for him and it is time in my view that he did the honourable thing and retired to get some help with his obvious problem.

To think that the UK has an alcohol fuelled Police Chief in Charge when supposedly we are threatened with a serious terrorist threat.
