Princess Bea's favourite teacher... 16 Years, 8 Months ago
Richard Findley pleads guilty to texting dirty to a 12 year old who wasn't but was an undercover internet cop.

Well, apart from reminding you about "Plead Guilty" (many innocent people are told to plead guilty by their lawyers in order to get reduced sentences) and wondering what on earth induces anyone to talk dirty to a 12 year old, isn't there a serious problem here?

1) No 12 year old was talked dirty to. The line between committing a crime and an imaginary crime is increasingly blurred. We really should be arresting crime writers these days. Surely no victim equals no crime?

2) In days gone by when police used to flash queens in toilets, incitement to commit a crime was a crime itself. Will the fake 12 year old who seduced this man into talking dirty to her (if he did) be arrested and tried?

See answer is "Shagging (at work) is OK" post !

(ie Who can remember ANY policeman ever being punished satisfactorily?)
