Rubbish movie but the premise seemed strong - Global Warming and the consequences (Global Freezing) seem closer than we think.

Today it's bloody freezing. Spring? Easter? More like mid-winter.

I really wanted to like that film, but sadly did not.
Stephen King wrote the idea out so much better with "The Stand"(sadly also poor as a film/tv project.)

Isn't it meant to be this cold at this time of year? We have had snow in March a few times before in the last 10-20 years. This time last year I seem to remember being in shortsleeves - now it feels more normal!

In 1847 Easter was on 4th April, and they had 3ft of snow in York City. So snow in spring isn't anything new or unusual.
