911 16 Years ago
Hi all
Im curious what your views are on 911truth which appears
to be a growing movement of activists in the us.I find 911 to be a deeply disturbing event in that there appears to be an almighty cover up.Is this a subject that has been brought up here? I know this may be a forum to discuss jonathan and what he likes to eat...ahhaa just kidding... but his distrust of the political structure(i agree with) his venom which is spat with verocity towards scapegoating which is sadly a tool the political elite use as the sheep will gladly and blindly help them to achieve.Sorry long sentence hhaha....any way ----thoughts?---

Long sentence indeed, but a subject very close to my heart and probably the worst day of my life.
I will stick my long bruised neck out here and say that 9/11 would probably not have occurred without nuclear disarming.
We all lived in fear of that terror(the big bang) and did not see that the consequences would be a gradual chipping away of human lives.

"would probably not have occured without nuclear diasarming"

This statement is confusing in that you equate firepower as the reason why 911 happened.SHITE.
Remember the mantra..."the terrorist attacks us because they hate our freedom" isnt it strange how the british and american governments remove our civil liberties day by day....hmmmm.Maybe false flag terrorism is a myth.A complex subject but one that is pervading idea in the states and is growing amongst thinkers in the uk.
My outlook may be far removed from yours mart!!!!
You may totally misunderstand me also but thats cool...got to start somewhere...ha.

Well I`m sorry Truthseeker my friend, but when we all lived under the "nuclear threat god", much less violated events occurred.

We all hated it and feared it, it was indeed crap, but I really saw red on going to my neighbours son`s funeral last week(age 24) after the lad stood on a landmine for a war which actually does not exist.

1984 (?) but sadly for us media savaged people, it is actually 2008 , and nobody wrote the book on it.

OK-here goes. I read an interesting piece recently but cannot find the link which put paid to some thoughts about 9/11 which certainly led to the Iraq War.

We all believe ( I think) that the Iraq invasion is about securing their oil. But-so far the war has cost the USA $170 Trillion dollars which would have paid for their oil imports for the nexy 50 years at least.
Hardly good economy and not the way the Yanks do business.

Plus they have spent $150 million on their new 117 acre embassy in Bahgdad which is a city within a city and totally self sufficient. So the war is really about establishing Iraq as a colony of the US with a puppet government and why ?..because the infamous Neocons are right-wing Zionists and dedicated to increasing Israels land and creating a buffer zone between Israel and Iran.

One view on 9/11.

Eh ?

Can you explain ? On what scale ?

Compared, maybe to the Tsunami - which killed around 250,000? Or Darfur ? Or Iraq ? Or Afghanistan ? Or Vietnam ? Cambodia ?

Around 3000 people were killed on Sept 11th 2001 - that's about one seventh of the number that the Americans themselves kill in their own country each and every year !

Well , yes I can explain ITK, that was the day that made me notice destruction, just as you pointed out in your post.

I don`t believe I was the only person that was wearing rose tinted spectacles until then either, maybe just one of the few that will admit it.

Hence the current attempts to "smear" Syria, too !

It took, improbably, the arrival of George Bush in the White House and September 11, 2001, to catapult it (neo-conservatism) into the public consciousness.

When Mr Bush cited its most simplified tenet

I find your choice of comparisons quite interesting, ITK.

"911" was a man made event which took place over a very short period of time, as opposed to the Tsunami which was natural, or the wars which were drawn out. I'd see more of a comparison with Hiroshima or Nagasaki.
