Does she mean "we love him dearly" or "we miss him dreadfully"?

Isn't it awful when people can't talk and garbled truisms and cliches spout from their mouths?

An excuse could be she may have something rather troubling on her mind that distracted her from elegant grammar.

Maybe you have too, which is why you used "and" twice in a single sentence

Don't worry..you are both in good company !

I read a scathing review of a essay by Martin Amis ( who I originally enjoyed but cannot read anymore since he went to the Dark Side like Christopher Hitchens).

At one stage Amis says in his piece.."it gave a glimpse of the coming future"

Coming future ?
isn't that what the futures does-come ?
