I didn't realise dogfish were edible, Mart. Intrigued, I started looking into it, and I see there are two fish with that name. A fresh water fish, and a type of small shark. Which are we talking about here?

Everything was absolutely devoured here tonight.
Garlic curry, the absolute hero.
I have got two further bookings for doing this "gig" and a lovely couple of letters.

The scariest thing about cooking as an "independent" on mass , as it were, is waiting to see if everybody is well , satisfied etc and there are no gastric problems.

Very pleased and really tired after this one.
