Bring back curvy Carol! Whatever were Channel Four thinking? I have to admit that I did tune in to gaze at Vorders bottom ...as well as attempting to solve the conundrums. I reckon Countdown will be axed within the year. They are bound to lose viewers. But perhaps that is what they wanted. Why? Because it bags no extra cash?

Vorderman's shape has changed over the last few months. She's a lot curvier. Her face also looks different, i suspect shes had "work" done. What is all this shape nonsense about anyway? Shapisim? She's absolutely awful. People will be switching off in their droves...older viewers liked Carol as she was the lovely daughter/granddaughter, younger viewers liked her as she was on their wave length, gay men liked her as she was the kind of woman they could have had a laugh with, middle aged men liked her as she had a fantastic arse!

Give the poor girl a chance, folks. She's only just started. The early episodes of Countdown were quite stilted. It took ages for the chemistry to build up between Carol and Richard Whiteley. Watched it yesterday for the first time since the relaunch. Stelling is ok but the new carole is awful. She reads the numbers off a clipboard and still cant do it.
