The POLICE have given up the streets to RACIST THUGS aged between 10 and 25. These are NEW LABOUR's THUG children brought up with the IMPERIAL TENDENCIES of BUSH AND BLAIR.

The reason these kids are so racist is pure HATE - pure hate which has grown out of the WARS we have fought in the last 10 years against people of other races.

We have created a COUNTRY of hate and it is awful to see it on camera on PANORAMA.

We need to wake up before there is BLOOD on the STREETS - rivers of blood. Next year as unemployment climbs and the CUTS happen - breaking point could be reached and it could be open warfare on the streets of the UK.

The shocking face of racism in Britain. Have to say though, in reality you'd keep walking and not hang around for the footage. Some of the time i felt that the confrontation's filmed could have been avoided. It was almost too tempting for some not to have a go.

Here is a short video of the 11 year old. Truly shocking footage - and surely the Police have enough evidence for attempted robbery - threats of murder and various other offences - so they can throw the book at this 11 year old and get him off the streets before he actually kills someone.

Excuse me BR - prosecute an 11 year old? He hasn't reached the age of consent. You can't expect him to understand right from wrong. Goodness me, if he's unable at 11 to understand the simple laws of sex, how can he know not to shout, bully, mug and kill?

But JK the criminal age of responsibility is 10 years old think. Therefore a child can consent to murder at that age. It is just sex that he/she he has to wait until 16 or 18 if it is a teacher because teachers are er..potential paedos.

The racism in the programme was horrible, although not shocking. In the 70s and 80s kids were openly called chocolate drop/ paki etc, particularly on council estates.

I did feel that some of the abuse was teased, with the young woman and man hanging around waiting for something to film. However they should be allowed to hang around unthreatened. Also there was no retribution, convictions could be made against the thug who punched the young asian guy on the side of the head.

As regards the 11 year old who isn't criminally responsible, that is nonsense. Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong well before 11. Just because he isn't given sex education doesn't mean that he should be allowed to create violence on the street unhindered. Also he wouldn't be physically capable of having sex and I don't think we should encourage curiosity about sex to thuggish 11 year olds.

the mother of the child emailed the Jeremy Vine show on radio 2 saying she was shocked and appalled and never knew he got up to that kind of stuff. She said her son wanted to write to the woman to apologise.

what do they expect? They go to the shittiest part of a pretty shitty City and managed to find a handful of racists.

How about putting a white couple on a predominantly asian estate in Blackburn or Burnley and secretly filming them ?
