Have you seen the latest? That a 53 year old woman claimed he seduced her when she was 15 in St Tropez? My suspicion? A way to avoid extradition - he will have to be sent to France for this trial instead. Trial will collapse. Roman back in France. Oh the law. Isn't it wonderful? If my assumption is correct - and this claim is only there to avoid extradition (or make extradition to France take precedence), how about a lawyer examining the Gary MacKinnon situation? If he was to be charged with a UK crime, would that put a "hold" on extradition to the US? Surely a man facing charges in the UK cannot be shipped out of the country?

Why are you hoping he gets out, he admitted to having sex with a 13 year old girl, which is a crime. If anyone else did this they would be imprisioned, just because it was a long time ago, doesn't make it right.
