Things look well hung in Westminster at the moment - and it looks as if BROWN is trying to force a Second Election in the hope that he can stay in power for longer.

So Brown's off. This is shambolic: not that he's going, but that the two losing parties are going to consider forming a coalition with yet another unelected leader. For god's sake call another election!
