Think she was referring to his personality.Also at 16 he is 'legal age' in the UK,and possibly in most of the States.

Besides, where Kim lives (California) the legal age i 18 so she is a pedo. No doubt about it.

16 is not legal for everything in the UK

If she is or has been a teacher or in a position of trust with children.

In addition owning a torso photo in a provocative pose by a 16 or 17 year old boy would count as Level One child porn.

Therefore the law is not as clear as you suggest.

16 used to be the age - but now it is blurred with 18 years old - much of the USA has 18 as the legal age limit hence the UK moving towards this.

Women are allowed to lust after young flesh - hence the middle aged women who follow boy bands - Boyzone and Westlife had more GRANNIES as fans and under 12s.............

I disagree. If she were a normal dame in the street in her mid-30s she would be pilloried for lusting after a 13/14 year old (I've seen him quite close and he only looks that age)

If she/he were on the net and was writing messages saying she/he wants to 'have' him if he were legal (but nonetheless keeping up a line of sexy talk) she/he would be in the dock.

If these were 2 ordinary suburban people and she just a tubby Chaz ( BR taught me that word ) how do reckon she would be treated by the News Of The World ?

it's just a great example of the sheer utter lack of morality in the media.

Well of course she shouldn't be questioned but it is a good example of how the media treats this as a huge amount of fun and simply reports the story when at other times it weighs in full of condemnation and drives the actions of the community.

But tell me this : if a man aged 35 announced he wanted to 'have' a 15 year old boy or girl (who looked younger) would he not be pilloried across the tabloid pages and denounced as a predator ?.

In fact if it was certain US states-like California where Kardashan lives and the legal age is 18 I have no doubt he would be questioned.

Afterall -she has announced that she would lie to 'have' him and the only thing that stops her is that it s\would not be legal.

Maybe you have never seen all those US TV shows where so-called 'predators' are attracted to a house and met by a 30 year old cop posing as a teen ?

Thought crime is real and carries penalties.

And since his birthday is almost upon us..what is the difference between Kim and Michael Jackson?

I'll explain for you.

If a male celebrity said the same thing it would likely be the end of his career. A woman saying it and it doesn't even raise an eyebrow.

Also, the definition of child porn is <18 everywhere these days. It's therefore risky (at least for a man) to admit that under 18's are attractive.

Furthermore, the language she openly used - 'If he was legal'. In other words, she's admitting being attracted to somebody she thinks is underage (an is in many american states). It's like a British male celebrity saying 'I'd definitely date that 15 year old if it wasn't illegal.

BTW, she hasn't said or done anything wrong. It's just the hypocricy of the media.
