Cover up doesn't really cover this case at all does it? Perhaps serious miscarriage of justice or even conspiracy?

This is certainly a cover up and a conspiracy. The evidence is compelling and I agree with JK that the DPP needs to move in and sort it out or this will run and run like the David Kelly case.

Ken Clarke should intervene and ask them to do a Judicial Review of the evidence and see whether they can discount the first pathology report in the Light of this NEW evidence about the unfitness of the pathologist to practice.

There must be a charge in this case or it shows that the Police now run the Justice system as well as the streets of the UK. Until this is done we are in a fully fledged Police State by definition. The "tail" is wagging the dog/
