Let's DO something about the absurd and unfair false allegations industry and miscarriage of justice situation - instead of just pointing it out.

This has been so since the time of JC and before; HE was the victim of both.

I agree with Danielle that "Noble aspirations, like curing cancer. But, sadly, never to happen" and I could add ending world hungerand the Middle East conflict to the list of other noble aspirations that will never happen.

HOWEVER
Why doesn't someone come up with one or two suggestions for small improvements. Trying to do everything will never happen but maybe something on a smaller scale will.

My Suggestion is a statute of limitations on allegations.

A very good suggestion.

Too often (esp in sexual cases) claimants wait until after any medical evidence (which may have existed) has disappeared before making a complaint.

This makes it infinately more difficult for the defendant - who should not be penalised because the complaintant has delayed.
