That'll be the first swimming gold. Many scots there in there thousands one would have thought.

Politics wont come into it when athletes are winning gold medals. I very much doubt scots will be sticking two fingers up at the event if their athletes do well.

I wont be watching...unless their's an event for fatties ...the rolling over the bed attempting to put socks on event and ending up almost breaking your neck...I'd win Gold for that!

FC, the story is about placing the Olympic hoops on the side of Edinburgh castle. Its unsightly and we don't want one our most beautiful landmarks blighted because Lord Coe thinks its a good idea. I think there will be a more appropriate site chosen eventually. Of course we'll be cheering on the Scottish contingent thats a no brainer.
