It's like NOTW, differnt to The Sport, basically it's like reading The Sun in the normal week, what a daft question Veritas. It's a read header tabloid they all the same aren't they ? ITK needs to chill out with The Sun or Sunday Star it may lighten up a bit, what paper do you read Veritas and ITK it's going to be a bulky paper or a broadsheet ?

I read the local papers in Australia and many are far better than the majority of UK ones..except for notable exceptions. (and Murdoch owns them all here so that's why they are good)

I rarely buy a paper (sometimes on a Saturday - for the TV guide, mainly)

Why buy yesterday's news ?

(and despite my jokes / posts etc - I did NOT buy the Tits on Sunday ... but 3 MILLION people did)

at 50p he was bound to sell out. That price can only be sustained for about 6 months..will they still buy at a quid?

he needs to sell 2 million to break even.

Having now seen a physical copy I predict it will be a dismal failure like every newspaper Murdoch has even tried to launch... all have failed spectacularly yet people still believe Murdoch is a brilliant newspaper man.

He is a lousy newspaper man. he learnt form Kerry Packer who built a massive media empire by hiring the very best. However Packer believed in loyalty and rewarded those who remain loyal... years after his death there are hundreds still on generous pensions.

Murdoch did and does the opposite...once used up he spits them out but they go elsewhere taking their skills with them.

Kelvin McKenzie is the sort of man Murdoch admires and it's mutual. But McKenzie has done him more damage than he realises...same with the red haired c*nt.

Sales were closer to THREE million, weren't they?
Making it one of the best sellers in the UK - not bad for a first edition !

The SOS will rule (while ever it has 45 pages of sport for the plebs). The Tits will be back soon, I'm sure ... as will the raincoat stories.

sales were over 3 mill but if they fall below 2 mill it is doomed. That's before the price rises..which it will. It has to, otherwise newsagents can't afford to sell it.

and it will have to be like the NoTW..not the lightweight woman's mag the first one was.
