Good old Amazon - working over Easter.
The only movie that HAS to be seen in 3D - it will be the first I try on my Sony Bravia enormous screen that has 3D facilities.
I shall feel odd sitting in my own house wearing these silly glasses.

I can only watch 20 mins of 3D film, Hugo is not a great film it's a fantastic film. I wonder if any Ben Kingsley films are lost or wiped.

Great movie - should have won the Oscar for Best Film, ahead of The Artist.

Curiously, not a box office sucess.

The Artist was a joke they copied scenes from famous movies.

If you like Hugo, then you will love Amelie, a 2001 french film starring Audrey TouTou. It has the same sumptious look and feel about it, with gorgeous colours, except it is for adults not children. Sadly there was no 3d around when it was made. It even gets 8.5 on imdb, which is a brilliant score.

Amelie

I've ordered it already Robbie (always meant to watch it)... but Hugo is not a "children's film" (just as, for me, Blood Red Road, His Dark Materials, Lion Witch Hobbit and Potter aren't either - just great books/films).
