Well, it seems I'm in a bit of a minority with The Streets new single but 8 isn't too bad and I still think it's fab.

I could never understand Everything But The Girl and both members somehow disturbed me. I never quite got Massive Attack either. They passed me by. I have no regrets.
Andy Abraham did Hang Up very well indeed. Who cares how he got discovered? Good voice; nice attitude; I've known many huge stars with neither.

U2 already did a blinding version of this song, why do one that's not as good? The song has a great melody, why don't they sing it?! They've "sung out" all of the good hooks IMO. They've taken away all the emotion.

In the original the line "You ask me to enter, but then you make me crawl" has a lovely change in it, reminds me of Neil Diamond for some reason. Bono sings it with such feeling it really makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.. but it's lost in this version.
